Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center was founded in 1994 by Dr. Mark Page, O.D., with a single, unwavering mission: to provide the people of Phoenix with the highest quality eye care delivered in a warm, friendly, family-oriented environment.

What started as a small optometry practice has grown into one of Phoenix's most trusted and respected eye care centers, serving over 50,000 patients across more than three decades. Dr. Mark Page, O.D.

Founder & Lead Optometrist

Dr. Mark Page founded Arizona's Vision in 1994. A graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry, Dr. Page has devoted his career to providing exceptional eye care to the Phoenix community. He is recognized as a Keratoconus specialist and is known for his personal approach to patient care.

Dr. Hao Nguyen, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Nguyen earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors and has specialized training in pediatric optometry, myopia management, and specialty contact lens fittings. She is passionate about helping young patients protect their vision for a lifetime.

Dr. Callie Sincennes, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Sincennes brings advanced expertise in ocular disease management, dry eye treatment, and LASIK co-management. Her patient-centered philosophy and thorough approach have earned her countless loyal patients throughout the Phoenix area.
